Visits can be tailor-made to your needs and are usually for four days, during which time you will be shown a selection of properties, at your leisure and without undue sales pressure. At least one week's notice is required to organise such trips.

In a typical inspection trip, Euro Properties will:

• Arrange flights, accommodation and car hire if required.
  
  
• Arrange for a representative of our associate company to meet you at the airport and to take you to your private accommodation or a hotel if required.
  
  
• Arrange for our representatives in Spain to offer you a tour of the area pointing out all the local landmarks and advising you of where all the facilities and services are located.
  
  
• Organise the viewing of the properties that you have specified and possibly more. The company's representative will select specific properties including resale and new developments which he feels may be suitable and, with your agreement, take you to view these properties.
  
  
• Discuss, through our associates, any queries or questions that have arisen regarding buying in Spain and, in particular, the houses that have been viewed. The representative is also able to give advice and details on such matters as pensions, medical facilities, education in Spain and much more. However, we stress that all such information is for your guidance, and on matter of a legal nature, is no substitute for independent legal advice.

Going Direct Tour - You may wish to visit potential areas of interest and property during your holiday. This is an ideal method for those of you who may have possible never been to the area of interest or, it may be that you know the area well, and simply do not need an inspection trip. Once you have booked your holiday, contact Euro Properties and we will arrange for you to meet one of our associate company's representative in Spain.
